Hi everyone! Thanks so much for this group. I've been following along for a long time and have gotten so many good tips from all of you. Well, it's finally my turn. After going to many doctors over the years and specifically 3 good surgeons this year, I picked the one and the date. I'm scheduled for a Lapidus bunionectomy this Friday, 8/28 on my left foot. Eventually I'd like to do both but it's the left that causes actual prevention of activities through injuries. I'd love y Meg Scheez This surgery is literally slowly taking me out. Fast forward to today, I just completed a 4-day trip to Disney World. Well over 20k steps each day in the absolutely blazing heat.
