Hi friends. Not sure if this is plantar related but I figured our feet experts might have experience. A few weeks ago I hurt area 4 of my left foot by doing LITERALLY NOTHING other than apparently stepping on it wrong. I was just walking and it started hurting suddenly like a very sharp pain. I learned that as long as I wear supportive shoes it doesn’t hurt because there isn’t any pressure on it, but if something does cause pressure like stepping on uneven surfaces or walki

Printing documents works best on edge. I know they are a pain but hey they finally awarded me my bonus money.
