Hi guys! I just wanted to come share my story, I know I was always looking for these posts. I had the plantar fascia release surgery,and oh my goodness I’m so glad I did!! I wish so so nervous/scared and unsure what was the right decision. Now I wish I did sooner. I feel like I have my life back and me back. I know everyone’s feet and situation is different and outcomes are different. But I finally decided it’s all I had left to try.
