I had a crack like this and put Neosporin on it with a large bandaid to keep the neosporin in place and wore a thick sock. I kept it in place for a couple of days and the crack healed. It worked for me!

geez I hope not! I had bursitis on my bunion before I got the bunionectomy, it was brutal! I think I just let my heel get too dry
