Hi there. My surgeon Coventry UK has recommended doing scarf and akin over MIS. He does both because whilst the incision may be bigger but not by much, he said they use smaller pins rather than the long larger ones that are used in MIS. He was really informative and spent time explaining but I wondered what others in the group thinks of that.
