Hi y’all!! Today is exactly four weeks since my bilateral bunionectomies (scarf/akin maestro with distal soft tissue release on both feet - not MIS). I have two screws and a staple in each foot. I’ve been weight-bearing since day one and although I went home with crutches, I only used them for a couple of days. Pain meds primarily ibuprofen, with a bit of paracetamol in the first week.
