How do you all deal with the mental aspect of all this?

How do you all deal with the mental aspect of all this? I went from being a super active person, at 47 years old I could run circles around the younger girls at my job (waitress). Loved to take long walks, which was my main coping skill for anxiety. I was totally self-sufficient. Now, living alone and I can't do anything. My parents, who are old themselves, have to help me and even driving hurts my feet. I am feeling so isolated, lonely and worthless. Can't even properly clean my apartment, it is so depressing. I had it pretty bad about 1.5 years ago.. it took me away from all the hikes I loved to do.. also took away any motivation I had. I’m a nurse and it’s been a struggle… I have it again and decided I wasn’t going to let it win this time… I am now wearing my Brookes w Power step inserts.. also going barefoot at home.. less stretching which aggravated my feet more than it helped. Now I’m just living my life with PF, hiking again, lots of walks w the dog and resting when I feel the need to

Its tough I know. I am going on 3 years now but know that most people eventually find their way out and pray to God for peace.
