How many people have tried going gluten free and also zero sugar to see if it helps the inflammation?
How many people have tried going gluten free and also zero sugar to see if it helps the inflammation? I keep hearing that healing could be delayed by the inflammation if your body is reacting and screaming more due to gluten. Shared post Anita Baker Is there anything topical I can put on my foot? I’m in pain even when resting. Shared post Debbie Sue my physical therapist said that she thought that toe yoga and toe separators are very useful for this diagnosis. I have been doing toe yoga and it certainly has helped me. Shared post Kiran Saleem Every one pls try to massage your fet with oil all day 3 or 2 times pls..it gives good results...after oiling put on socks..and do your normal chores.. Shared post Lauren Michelle I know a lot of people ask how long did it take to heal. My question is, it it even possible to heal when you are on your feet for 8-8.5 hours a day for work, walking over 10,000 -14,000 steps daily on concrete, and only sit for a 40 minute lunch break? To me, that seems impossible but I am hoping someone can share their experience? Shared post Tracy Ward It’s infuriating that in 2026 there aren’t better treatments for PF or methods of understanding why people get it. Shared post Margaret Shea-Turner I am wondering what is the best idea for at night with my feet? I have tight arches right now and I have been rolling up a blanket at the bottom of the bed so my feet are against it in an upright position. Do people wear night splints, do you wrap feet loosely in an ace bandage or wear a flipped down compression sock? Not sure what the right strategy is when I sleep? Does anyone have any suggestions? Shared post Maddy Says Wondering … does Castor oil really help or is the relief from massaging? Shared post Kristine Marie DiBartolomeo I'm beyond frustrated with our medical system. I've had PF for a month now and I've waited weeks to get in with Physical Therapy. I'm in so much pain I cannot possibly work my job as a waitress where I stand and walk for 6 hours at a time. I have to wait until mid-August to see a podiatrist. The only doctors I've been able to see were at the emergency ortho clinic and they somehow think I will be ready to work in 6 days!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't imagine going to work in only 6 days. I can barely walk down my stairs or stand to do a tiny amount of dishes. Does anyone have any advise on how to get through a serving shift with this?
