I am a lupus patient with neuropathy in both feet. I have recently developed pain in my heels, primarily in the right one, occasionally in the left. I am bothered by this most of the time. The pain is so excruciating that I avoid walking. It feels as if my leg and foot bones are going to punch through my heel and skin on the sole of my foot. The heel just won't take any weight. At times there are stabbing pains on the side of my foot
