I fractured foot April 1 , cuboid fracture ligament tore away pulling piece of bone away , I’m out of walker boot , down to one crutch , but it’s nearly three months and ankle still Swells , it is itchy still and Painful, I have exercises to do , anyone else had experience of this am I rushing things . Thank you
