I had a lapidus bunionectomy.

I had a lapidus bunionectomy. Im 3 weeks post op. I've been nonweight bearing this whole time. Dr. Appt today. Stitches removed and Dr said I can start taking a few steps with the boot on. He also ordered physical therapy. I tried taking my first steps at home. I couldn't do it. I felt some pain and stopped. Im so scared that I just cried. Any one else that had a lapidus, not lapiplasty and not the MIS, what were your first steps like?
