I had MIS Lapiplasty August 2023. It had great reviews of people getting rt back to work, life etc. I work for ups so on my feet all day long. I hv always been very fit and my body heals quickly after any procedure or surgery. I asked my surgeon how many lapiplastys he had done prior to mine. He claimed to have done too many to count. It took about 8 weeks for me to feel the full effects. The injection promotes healing. That takes time.

Hi Erica, PRP can take a couple weeks to start feeling relief…if it’s going to help. But it’s worth a try. It can be tough not to use anti inflammatories or ice during this time. You could tape though and get your calves worked on: sports massage therapy, active release technique, structural integrated massages, Airrosti. Make sure you’re hydrated.
