I had surgery yesterday and am in a heel walking shoe that I need to wear for 2 weeks until my check up. Only walking for 5 mins per hour for 2 weeks. I was told to buy Hoka trainers but when I showed him he said leather like tennis trainers are better. But he said they needed to be raised at the back and front slightly when he said about the Hoka ones. I’ll wear the Hoka ones after anyway but has anyone got any recommendations for straight after the heel shoe, in leather th Barbara Neely Just when the light at the end of the tunnel was in sight regarding my left foot surgery....2 nights ago I fell outside and fractured my right foot....will know more on the 25th of Aug if surgery is necessary or not...
