I have bunions and hallux rigidus on both feet.

I have bunions and hallux rigidus on both feet. That makes me need a very large toebox for a wide and sensitive forefoot but the rest of my foot is just a medium. I'm a hiker and it's very hard for me to find a comfortable hiking boot. I've tried Keens, Merrells, Altra, I even tried Hanwag, which advertises itself as the bunion shoe. Does anyone have any recommendations? Oh, I also tried Orthofeet and that one wasn't comfortable either.
