... I can only support what everyone else has said. I had bunions for over 20 years...no pain. Last few years things moved from mild discomfort to pain...during that time I tried all the gadgets and exercises. I'm about 3 months post op MIS bunion surgery on my right foot... Best decision I've made. Bunions are a structural issue, surgery will help you walk pain free.

Mine look like yours and I used to be in pain all the time until I found the right sneaker. I do not have pain if I’m wearing the right shoes.

Karen , the only thing that works is surgery. Believe me I tried all of them. When I asked my surgeon about these appliances, he said that did I think that people would really endure an operation if an over the counter device would work. These things can’t take away the bony lump that is a bunion . The operation is worth it Karen - I had mine done years ago and I really appreciate having straight feet and being able to wear nice shoes .

I have spent so much money over the years, trying to find an answer without doing surgery. And I’m really afraid that I only made it worse. I had corns developed because of the toes rubbing together and putting anything with Velcro between my toes was extremely painful had surgery today. I was at a point where I could only do my normal routine for maybe a quarter of the day and then I will stay on the rest of the day thanks to the corns. They were actually more painful than the bunion. Hopefully, the surgery will work. I am going to follow all instructions to the letter and hope to remain pain-free. I haven’t been pain-free in about eight years so far the block is working great.

Yep surgery is the only way. All these spacers and equipment are junk I have tried them all and now my second toe is turning so it won’t be long before I have to address it. Those splints hurt the toe alway went back and then I got toe cramps curling over on each other

Nothing fixes none but surgery unfortunately. The spacers can only help with less pain only a little bit
