I have pain in this circled area 6 months post lapidus with confirmed nonunion.

I have pain in this circled area 6 months post lapidus with confirmed nonunion. Slight swelling in the area. Very painful to walk and step through with a normal gait. I’m limping slightly. It’s difficult to curl the 2-4th toes down as if there’s a tight rubber band on the top of the foot stopping them. Has anyone had pain on the top like this? I see lots about transfer metatarsalgia under the foot, but not top. I’m going for a 3rd option and another round of PT soon. Any advi
