Did ur doc say to take that much? Think the upper limit is typically 4000 IU per day. More might cause kidney damage.

I just had a visit from a Wound Care nurse and I'm appreciative of her honesty, but feeling quite discouraged and hopeless. I've included an image of my foot in the comments as I don't want to jump scare anyone. I joke that I'm ready for Halloween with this wound! I had lapidus procedure done on August 22. 6 weeks ago today. I should have been non-weight bearing for 4-6 weeks, but at this rate it will be another month before I can w— feeling hopeless.
