I'll be 4 weeks post-op Wednesday. As of now I have been wearing surgical sandals because it hurts too bad to wear shoes. When we go out I walk to the vehicle and if its a short distance I'll use a cane otherwise I use a wheelchair (I had both bunions done). When do I ditch the wheelchair? Tomorrow my kids have an award ceremony and family picnic- not sure if I should attempt walking the whole time or stick with the wheelchair. Al
