I'm 4 and a half months into my surgery, and my foot is still super sensitive even when I take a shower and the water hits my foot... is this normal? I have my husband run my foot to try and stop it from freaking out but I haven't been able to take my ace bandage off when it's in a shoe.. swelling still comes and goes especially with the heat I try icing behind the knee I try keeping myself cool, but it swells to an uncomfortable level.
