Metatarsal pads, placed on your orthotics by the podiatrist

Golf is a a lot of rotation and pressure in the feet. Everything from twisting when you swing to all the walking on the course. I would reevaluate your shoe and footwear. (Before I say it. I don’t mean to sound rude) just because it’s expensive doesn’t mean it’s right for you. also lots of cushion may be a problem. Typically we want to find stability and support for all that twisting and walking. Also, how old are the shoes? Could be a matter of they are worn out. Lots of questions for sure. Would advise to sit down with. A c-ped to go over what is happening for your foot and your problems.
