I've always had wide feet. I could manage to squeeze into fashionable trainers etc but would rub. Anyway, I was pregnant last year and my left foot mainly just went whomp and the tailors bunion appeared! It doesn't give me pain really unless it was in a shoe. I'm basically only really able to wear crocs at this point. I'm pregnant again and worried it will get worse. I'm 31 and I feel so sad about how I can't wear all of the nice trainers and footwear others get to wear.
