I’ve been dealing with PF since forever, but for sure daily since 4th of July. I’ve gotten a cortisone shot but it was temporary. I’ve done stretches and ice. New shoes with cushion. Inserts. I’m now feeling like it’s in the bone and on the outside of my heel. I have an appt Tuesday to see the Dr again. What did those that had surgery do up to the point of surgery? What steps were taken? I feel like Drs seem to treat minimally and
