I’ve been walking on the balls of my feet for a week now, doing a decent amount of calf stretching every day and smashing my foot and lower legs with a massage gun twice a day. After 4 days I managed a 5k run which is amazing and planning on another 5k tomorrow morning. Day pain has gone to a 2/10 and the initial get out of bed is about a 6/10 so massive improvement, I can’t walk on the balls of my feet forever as this will cause issues with Achilles and calf shortening but a vast improvement on not doing any running for the past 4 months. I had PF once before about 15 years ago, I just gave up with exercise got fat and it took about a year to go on its own. I’m determined to just keep going this time
