I've had multiple surgeries on my left foot, a bunionectomy, 1st MTP fusion and sesamoid removal.
I've had multiple surgeries on my left foot, a bunionectomy, 1st MTP fusion and sesamoid removal. I don't have much fat padding on the bottom of my foot. I saw a podiatrist who wants to give me a cortisone injection since I'm still having pain on the ball of my foot. I'm leery to get a cortisone shot since I don't have much padding now, does anyone have any recommendations?
