Is it possible to have soft cushioned orthotics made?

Woeppel Cortisone shots are great! I don't think you can do that forever, though.

I had a cortisone shot in the foot.. Hurt like heck, but it worked...2 years, and pain never came back

I am very sad as it has been four years with this pain in feet. I used to be an athlete. Now can only walk short distances and do Pilates. My life has changed dramatically and it can be hard to stay positive

Porter Foot pain can get very discouraging. I've been to several Dr' no one has answers for me. So many vacations and life experiences I'm missing out on. Down to only being able to work 4 hrs a day. My gut feeling is it's all coming from my back but can't get Drs to believe me.

Selina Savva Foot pain for 21 years, have tried everything possible but it always persists in one way or another. The support groups are great and you feel listened to which helps you to carry on fighting. Hugs

Hi. Has anyone tried gabapentim or cymbalta

I was on Gabapentin for like 8yrs And I believe it was the reason for my memory issues..I weaned myself off of it about 6 months ago and don't notice any difference to my pain. And am now on a low dose of Duloxetine.. don't really know how much its helping but we'll see I guess.

I take Gabapentin 3 times a day, not for the pain but for the tingling nerves. It helps a lot with that.

Slusser The ones I ordered from upstep are pretty cushiony they're not a hard plastic or a non sponge type material. The first set of orthotics I had many years ago were very hard and rigid these from upstep are much more comfortable and much more cushioned. Y
