My dad cannot get into his podiatrist until late next month.

My dad cannot get into his podiatrist until late next month. for the last few months he’s been having progressing toe pain on right foot. I posted two pictures of his toes on his right foot versus his left. Does anyone know what this could possibly be? We’ve researched hammer claw and mallet toe and it doesn’t look similar to these conditions. You can tell that his last four toes are much more swollen than the toes on his other foot. Any input appreciated!
