My husband just had a 6 hour intake appt with a Dr based in Chicago and they talked about his toenail fungus. We have both opted to forego the pharmaceutical prescription due to worries of liver damage. The Dr said most people are taking it improperly based on the fact the Dr is just prescribing it and telling them to take it until the problem is resolved. This Dr said he’s read extensive research that shows you take this for 3 weeks and then take a week off and you will not get liver damage. He said this fungus is so weak it doesn’t create a response by our body that’s why it lingers so long, our body isn’t amped to fight it off. I found it fascinating and maybe useful for anyone looking at maybe taking the pharmaceutical route.

That might warrant a homeopathic remedy on the definition alone

File or Rotary drill the nail surface so it's even and use liquid bandage - medicated version. Do it 2x a day and see where you are at in 5 - 7 days

Vicks is working for me and it’s safe

Which drug? I didn’t take Terbinafine because it can cause drug induced Lupus.

That’s super interesting, thank you for sharing it. I also chose not to go the pharmaceutical route, mostly because I didn’t feel great about long-term effects either. I’m not a doctor, but after going through this for a while and doing a lot of research, I found I had been missing the everyday stuff that kept making it come back, like shoes, moisture, socks, and my own routines. I pulled together everything that helped into a guide to keep myself on track, and I’ve shared it with a few others since. Happy to pass it along if it’s something you or your husband would want to look through. Just let me know.

While that dr is correct, there is still a limit as I have found even after taking it for the 3 months stopped and waiting and then starting. There is a point where you aren’t supposed to take it at all after so many “attempts “ of taking it.

I just took it for 45 days. No issues, but I don’t see any change. But I heard it stays in system.
