When it comes to PF it’s no longer inflammatory after the acute phase. (3 months) after that it’s a load issue.

I had a double bunionectomy 7 years ago . Broke both my big toes and shaved off bunions . Everything has been fine until plantar fasciitis came back 6 months ago . Tried everything .
