My surgery is 12/26, and I am terrified. I am having nightmares and waking up way too early with anxiety over it. My procedures are: Right foot: 1. Lapidus bunionectomy. 2. Akin osteotomy. 3. Tailor's bunionectomy. This is what my foot currently looks like. The surgeon said he will take a wedge out of my big toe to align it. Will this make my second toe in next to my big toe significantly longer than my big toe with a wedge missing? I was excited for it to be straighter.
