My worst problem is my big toe on foot with bunion. The toe is very much leaning to the right and now I keep getting the pad of my big toe to become inflamed and it’s achy with every step I take. I have tried over 10 sneakers and my doctor told me to try Morton carbon inserts but it pushed my foot to the top of my sneaker and my toe started aching. Anyone else have this? Seems crazy to think surgery is the only option but I’m runn
