One person commented that orthotics are a waste. Creating an orthotic is an art and a science. Sometimes adjustments are required to fully correct the biomechanical problem. It takes about 6 weeks to have them fully functional during the break in period and following break in instructions is critical to their success. There are some patients that expect a miracle cure the second they put them in their shoes. I wish it was that easy
