people with fat pads that have moved or move around what do you do for pain?
people with fat pads that have moved or move around what do you do for pain? The fat pads have moved more towards the toes so I can't bend my toes properly when walking or sitting. So the areas where the fat pads were are now hitting the ground first making them sore as ---- (insert bad word here).
