Plantar fasciotomy update. Sorry for the graphic pic. Surgery was on the 30th. I’ve literally been a couch potato since watching Netflix keeping my foot elevated (with the exception of a funeral we had to go to on Jan 2nd, where I crutched around), keeping up with pain meds (for first 2 days), IBU and just finished my antibiotic on Sun. Icing every 4 hours the first 3 days. Bruising is to be expected. Not bad at all. Went back to work yesterday (I’m a secretary so not too mu
