Post-Surgery Recap and Tips Hi all, I had an endoscopic plantar fasciotomy exactly 1 month ago and I wanted to share my initial surgery recovery with people who are considering it. So far, I am glad I did it, though I know over the next several months I will see the actual long-term results. I have had PF for about 6 years now and have tried all things (shots, PT, shockwave therapy, inserts, acupuncture, etc.) My podiatrist suggested it was time for surgery after years of trying it all.
