Question: this boot is my nemesis.

Question: this boot is my nemesis. I’m 7 weeks PO, 1 week since pin removal (plantar plate repair, Weil Osteotomy, arthrodesis and MIS bunionectomy) and 1 week in the boot. Starting weight bearing- and that’s going ok, but the boot is so heavy and awkward. I feel like it’s hurting my back more and that I’ll pull something else. Are there lighter boots? Surgical shoes? Still too swollen for tennis shoes. What options? Thanks!! Pup for your enjoyment!
