Did the same surgeon perform this revision ? Also what were the exact procedures done for surgery 1 and 2. I don’t know how you waited 2 yrs to get this revision looks so painful

Revision Surgery I’m 19 days post op for revision surgery. My last surgery resulted in the ball of my foot collapsing (floating toes), a fracture and it remained like that for 2 years so my swelling never went. I’ve just had my revision surgery and bandage off and all I can see is the same swelling BUT I’m not sure if I’m looking for negative as I think I’m super sensitive about the last one. Does this look like anyone else’s? Maybe this swelling is completely normal. Confused but thanks

Have you ever had a gastrocnemius recession? It takes the tension off your forefoot. They did offer this procedure to me. Our feet have a mind of their own it's so difficult. I wish you a speedy recovery.
