Revision. This patient had traditional surgery with plates and screws. You can see the scars. She was left with a bunion, painful calluses, and toes curling beneath each other. Now she is 8wks post-op MIS revision surgery. I was able to work around the hardware and no screws or plates were used to revise this. She walked out of the operating room, no general anesthesia, small bandage for under a month. Now, she can walk pain free.
