So I had two cortisone shots.

So I had two cortisone shots. First lasted 6mths, Second lasted 5mths. I’m worried for a 3rd one. Going to see doctor again and requesting MRI. I’m going on a big family vacation in a month. Would you just do a 3rd cortisone to get through the vacation and then let that be the last one? Is there anything else anyone can suggest me doing instead of cortisone shot? Thanks
