I love REI. They will take returns for up to a year even if worn as long as there is no real visible wear and tear.

The other day and I can’t find the post… someone said ASICS one members can return /exchange. It’s only if unworn I got an email reply. I told them my Dr. said I’m an 8 not 8.5 Hi Tammy! If the item is unworn and in the original box with tags, it can be returned within 90 days of purchase. ASICS currently doesn't offer special accommodations.

In Australia, this is true. I have worn mine around the house, not fitted correctly, and still returned

Orthofeet has an amazing 60 day wear test. I bought shoes for the barn, wore for a couple days at barn and still returned them, no questions asked.

It was me and here’s the answer from the asics website you have likely just asked for a standard exchange rather than returning them as unsuitable because they hurt or rub 😏 and rebuying..how long have you had them ?

CapablePenguin7428 hmmm that is odd. One of them is under 90 days and I sent my email. I only wore them one time.

CapablePenguin7428 I will email them again. I was just kind of surprised that they said they don’t make accommodations.
