This is so embarrassing because I used to have pretty feet until a pedicure gave me toe fungus on my little toe. Now it has spread to my third toe and I think it keeps getting an ingrown toenail. Does it look infected? A couple days ago when I got out of the shower I dug it out and cut it and cut the skin at the top corner because it was hard. Anyway, it does this every so often. I have an appointment with a podiatrist in about a month. I keep stepping it also and it hurts l
