I am SO happy to see your post!!! I had the exact same foot problems and had surgery this morning!! I’ve been wondering what the recovery looks like! So glad you are doing well!! Isn’t it exciting to think about not having the pain any more from these bent, aching toes?! Your feet look just like mine did, and it was miserable.

Today is Day 6 after my foot surgery.
Today is Day 6 after my foot surgery. My surgeon prescribed up to 8 oxycodone tablets per day, but I only took 4 tablets on Day 4 and none today. Thankfully, the swelling has gone down significantly, and my pain has been manageable. I have a little itching around the surgical area, which seems to be part of the healing process. I’ve been eating lots of fruit every day, so I haven’t experienced any constipation since the surgery. I’m using a bedside commode when needed and a walker instead of crutches, which feels safer and more comfortable for me right now. I’m also taking Vitamin C, calcium, B-complex, and Vitamin D regularly to support healing. Feeling grateful for the progress so far and looking forward to a full recovery. See less
