Update: I saw my primary yesterday.

Update: I saw my primary yesterday. She said no Pedicures as of now and prescribed me Ketoconazole(Nizoral) Cream. Told me after I shower at night to lightly file the top of it and apply the cream. Should be healed in a couple of months because it looks like it's already trying to work it's way out. Toes crossed. In the meantime I need something to use on my heels for dead skin since no pedis and especially with winter coming. I'm at the nail place getting all my gel p
