Update to my previous post. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/19bTBsSfh5/ The Orthopedic Surgeon said is just uric crystals deposits and doesn't recommend surgery. As you can see on the xray there is no bone deformation.

not painful, the surgeon said just leave it alone.

U got no bunion ! Could be ganglion ! I remove 1 same place after bunion surgery!
