I am not a doctor so I obviously can't say what it is wrong but I did notice that you said your shoes were not wide enough. Could it be just from the shoe ?

So the doc diagnosed this as athletes foot and prescribed nystatin which made it worse then he called in an anti fungal pill. This isn’t working either and now he’s saying go find a podiatrist. It doesn’t itch and it’s painful… any ideas what it could be? My pinky pain started a few months ago from wearing pickleball sneakers that weren’t wide enough… at least that’s all I can think of. The top pics were right before I went to the doc and the bottom pics are after using the cream and pill…**

it could be but now it’s almost any shoe except an open toe shoe. I must’ve tried all wide versions of every kind of pickleball sneaker and they all bother it 🙁

what about a hydrocortisone cream? It sure looks like athletes foot at least what I read about it
