What helped you the most in recovering from posterior Tibialis sprain? I've been usung icing and currently wearing an old pair of thick sole slippers. I've always worn flat flip flops but since 12th July after seeing a sports therapist I was told to wear thick soles. I've purchased various shoes and and slippers but I experience pain in the foot after taking them off. I will share a picture fur your reference and the shoes I've purchased in this few weeks. Only my old pair of worn out slippers give no trouble. But obviously I can't do much with jusy one pair of slippers. I went to a physiotherapist and an orthopedic doctor too. Orthopedic thinks that incoujd be due to low vitamin D (lack of healing).
