What's the best thing for 2nd toe capsulitis?
What's the best thing for 2nd toe capsulitis? Dr says taping 2nd toe but then other toes compensate and are in pain. Tried toe spacers and get pain in my arch. Tried met pad and cause me to walk on outside of foot. Crazy pain. Dr says metpad in right spot. This is a nightmare can't walk at all without feeling a marble every step.
