When having bunion surgery causes other foot problems… I had bunion surgery 2 years ago, followed by a revision surgery and then reconstructive surgery after poor revision. I was in a boot for over a year. Since then it’s been very difficult to find shoes that properly fit. I now have foot pad atrophy and intractable plantar keratosis. This is really painful and restricts my mobility significantly.
