Which orthotics has helped your feet the most? Shared post Jenn Chladil I had surgery for a bunion that was considered severe due to how many degrees off normal it was. Yesterday I had my last physical therapy appointment. I went from 34 percentage of foot usage to 96 percent since May. Praise the Lord!! I have zero pain now. My foot still swells a little and I am aware my second toe is bending left but that is from when I fell with the k-wire in it. Looking forward to 100 percent usage by 1 year. I'm in the UK and don't have the money to go private. I had a consultation in January 2025 and the doc said I should have surgery in next 5 years in case I develop arthritis and the operation could result in lack of mobility in big toe. That freaked me out but I went away to think about it as I wasn't ready to think about surgery.
