Yesterday was my first full day of wearing my upsteps and my feet didn't hurt as bad but my hips hurt like crazy! Is that normal? Are the insoles changing the way I stand, causing hip pain from the readjustment? Anyone else have this issue? Gena Mic Had big toe joint fused with buniectomy 6 mos ago. Have had pain on top and outer side of foot with numbness and stiffness And still present in all my toes. Dr fused toe with a slight upward angle, and just realized that my big toe doesn't touch the ground when I walk, and 2nd toe barely touches it.
