Airboot tip. So I upgraded from a fibreglass cast to what looks like an astronauts moon boot yesterday. It's very fancy, has its own inflate and deflate buttons. Had some fun with those babies I can tell ya. Anyhow what I've done is I've added one of my inner support soles from a walking boot and it's made a huge difference.
